These people first trap you by speaking sweetly. Then they make you sign a rent agreement so that no one vacates the flat for 6 months. In their lane, there’s no cleanliness service or garbage collection. Be very careful while reading the rent agreement because they include a clause that says the stay is fixed for 6 months, and if you leave early, they charge ₹4000 for painting — otherwise they say, “Get it done yourself, you stayed for 6 months.” But in their entire area, no matter which room you visit, paint is peeling off the walls, and there’s dampness everywhere. They also mention in the rent agreement that while leaving, you must get the A.C. and fridge serviced — otherwise, they’ll keep your ₹13,000 security deposit. They kept my ₹13,000 security. When I moved in, I paid ₹13,000 rent + ₹13,000 security + ₹6,500 brokerage. While leaving, they didn’t return the ₹13,000 security deposit. During the monsoon, water collects up to 4 feet — even if it rains just for 30 minutes, the water won’t drain for 3 days
