I booked a double occupancy room from OYO but after reaching the hotel the guy at the reception demanded 500 extra which I gave before checking the room. I checked 5 rooms and all were in pathetic condition. There were cockroaches and other insects, bathroom was sticking and was quite dirty. When I told them to clean he told be rudely that he can not clean and told me to adjust. The rooms were nothing less than a dump yard. I asked them to return my money and this triggered him and he told me to leave without money and complain wherever I want. OYO customer care also told me that neither they will refund my money nor they can give me a room in OYOs other properties. It's a big scam. I should have checked the reviews. It deserves negative rating but had to give 1 as there is no option to give them -100 stars.

Very poor quality of room (No cleaning of room and bathroom also bedding ) Geyser not in room , There is nothing there as shown in the photo on Make My Trip.

Worst experience No soap, no handwash, no towel, Tv not working, no wifi, room was full of cigarette smell, no table no chair, basically a room and a bed thats all,

Rooms are dirty and nothing is in the room which is mentioned online bedsheets and pillows are in worse condition and staff behavior is not good

Bathroom were not hygienic, even gyser was not working so need to get the hot water by calling on reception. Location is also in remote area so overall not a good ambience and not a good experience.
