Guys please be careful to give your clothes to such a pathetic place, gave them clothes on Tuesday and chasing till now which is Sunday, no updates and calling them is a nightmare, for god sake don't trust this place for services, it's awful and same excuses who ever pickup the call at there customer care service

This is cheat company. Clothes are bleeding post dry clean . Thay actualy wash only even if u give for dry clean. Pathetic dry cleaner services. Poorest customer care ( care ?). Department. No escalation matrix. Suggest all to avoid if possible.

They misplaced my branded t-shirt, gave me someone else's jeans, I kept the jean as hostage and told them to bring back my t-shirt. He brought back, gave me the t-shirt, took the jean and ran away. Upon checking the t-shirt I saw urine like yellow spots on my white t-shirt.

Absolutely worst experience with the service and then a nightmare handling the customer service. List of problems with just one order - 1. Delayed delivery. 2. Discrepancy with the bill. 3. Clothes given for ironing were returned without ironing. 4. Clothes recieved were not properly dried they were still moist. 5. A premium cushion cover was returned with a hole and a tear. On top of all this the customer care gave unsatisfactory solution for the torn cushion cover. And to top it off, they had the audacity to accuse me that i gave them a torn cushion cover so that I don't have to pay them for the service! (This being the fifth time that i used their service). DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE IF YOU WANT A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

My all brand new white clothes turned blue which was given in Premium wash. They were my new Tshrts and I don't know how this happens in Premium laundry. They have ruined my 6 clothes some have blue patches and some are totally blue. Pls don't give your clothes. They will ruine it and the will send like nothing wrong has happened. Worst laundry experience.
