We visited this showroom for the first time and proceeded to the second floor to explore and try a few outfits. Unfortunately, not a single staff member approached us or offered any assistance. We were left struggling to find suitable outfits within our choice and budget, as there was no guidance provided. The overall experience felt completely unattended, as though the showroom was operating on autopilot However, this turned out to be in our favor, as we chose to shop from another showroom that offered a much better variety along with attentive and helpful staff.

I visited Deepmala Saree Shop with the expectation of getting good assistance while selecting sarees. They may have a decent collection, but the overall experience was disappointing. The staff behavior was quite lazy and uninterested. They did not make any effort to show good options or help with selection. There was a lack of basic customer service, and the attitude felt rude and careless, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. When customers come to a saree store, they expect guidance, suggestions, and polite behavior — which was missing here. The store should really work on staff training and customer handling.

Worst experience with there stitching. Charges too much than other boutique and stitched sari plates that are worst and blouse was not exactly what I discussed. Even I ask her photo of size she took she refused to even show it. They forced to send to such a boutique that even talks so rudely doesn't follow given instructions and have worst rating. (Life style boutique) They end up wasting my 10k

Rohit, the salesperson usually found in the basement saree section, is truly exceptional. He understands your needs, preferences, and budget almost instantly and shows you exactly what you’re looking for. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a salesperson who “gets” a customer so quickly. Over the past 14 days, I’ve bought several sarees and suits, and as someone with very little knowledge about sarees, he made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable.
