Went with family. Dal makhni was frozen and re-heated - cud tell it from the taste. Paneer gravy was substandard. They project a great service but food quality is substantard. Don't go if u prefer fresh food. The ambience is the only ok thing.

I ordered food from Vasudeva Restaurant on 6th September, including paneer butter masala, veg fried rice, tandoori roti, and other items. However, when the order arrived, we found that the tandoori rotis were completely burnt and inedible. This was very disappointing and negatively affected the quality of our meal. We called the restaurant to complain and informed them that we received burnt rotis. They offered to send fresh rotis as a replacement, but we declined and asked them to be careful in the future. They assured us that in future orders, the cost of the burnt rotis would be deducted from the total bill. They also repeatedly apologized and said it was a mistake, that they value customers, and they would be careful going forward. We ordered food again from Vasudeva Restaurant on 17th September, including kadai paneer masala, chilli potatoes, and 5 tandoori rotis. When the order arrived, we reminded them about their promise from the last time — that the cost of the 5 burnt rotis would be deducted from the total bill this time. However, they refused and said they could not honour that commitment. Instead, they offered a small discount, which is not the issue. The real problem is that they are not keeping their word. This shows a complete lack of authenticity and respect for customers. We have been ordering from this restaurant for the past 2 years, and such behaviour is very disappointing. Good customer service is not about money — it’s about trust, integrity, and valuing your customers. We expected better, and this experience has left us deeply dissatisfied. Given this experience, we will not visit this restaurant again nor recommend it to anyone. Thank you for your time, and we hope the restaurant reflects on its approach to customer care.

Amazing restaurant! Vasudeva Restaurant offers some of the best vegetarian food in Gurgaon with a perfect blend of spices and freshness. What impressed me most was their warm hospitality. This is a simple, no-frills restaurant — nothing fancy, but in a good way. The service was quick and the staff were polite. Seating was just okay, not exceptional but comfortable enough. We ordered malai kofta, dum aloo, paneer manchurian, chapatis, noodles for the kids, and ice cream. The food was not very impressive for me — I didn’t really enjoy the taste of malai kofta, dum aloo, and Manchurian though the breads were fine. The good thing is that nothing was overly spicy, so it felt very light on the stomach. Prices are reasonable and good for a casual family outing. The washrooms are just average, more like a basic dhaba setup. From the outside, the place looks big, but the inside layout could be better. Overall, it’s a decent, budget-friendly option if you want simple, light food without too many spices.
