no drinking water and the respect for the stuff

I rate this showroom "pathetic", they are cheating customers by supplying faulty SUVs. I bought a Scorpio N in 2025 and when I went for PPF coating the PPF shopkeper tested on machine and found that both the pillera were repainted and surprisingly in PDI paint was not tested by Shiva Automobiles. Their sales manager Rahul Bhati appeared absolutely unprofessional and rude and their GM Nihar was helpless. Despite lot of escalations nothing happened. Therefore pls pls don't buy anything from Shiva Motors if you want don't spoil your happiness of your new SUV.

I am highly disappointed with Mahindra’s service. Instead of solving problems, the company only gives excuses and delays. Despite repeated complaints, no proper action is taken to resolve the issues. Customers spend their hard-earned money on Mahindra vehicles expecting reliability and good after-sales support, but the company fails badly in providing this. Mahindra needs to understand that excuses don’t solve customer problems. Timely and proper service is expected, but what customers are getting is only poor response and negligence. Very dissatisfied with the company’s attitude towards its customers. I would always suggest people to not buy Mahindra vehicles due to its manufacturing defects and negligence towards your problems.
