We are the existing customer of Venus Electricals (made first purchase about 30 yrs ago by dad and last puchase 3 months ago by me) and no doubt they offer adequate whole sale pricing with decent items display. But their behaviour towards the customer dealing has reached it's worst level now. Upon getting an industrial exhaust fan checked to see the Air flow, they got irritated, started shouting and misbehaved (Verbally) with my dad. Upon politely asking to maintain the decorum by atleast respecting the senior citizen they got more of aggresive on me and delivered inappropriate statements. It was shocking to witness this dark side of a well reputed merchant.

Venus Electricals is a very reliable place to purchase submersible pumps of KSB and other electrical items of Crompton. Have been dealing with them since the past 39 years . Their showroom is very well maintained and they have a large variety of products . The staff has good knowledge of the products and polite to the customers . They are very good with their after sales also .

I can not understand the other reviews of the shop and it's owner about rude behavior so I will write what I have experienced. We have brought Crompton and logistat products over 30 years from them. My father has a got good price and product from them and now I have recently brought 2 logistat a 5 KW servo and normal digital ac 2 ton stabilizer from them. Both are working fine. I have even exchanged servo stabilizer from them because I wanted an upgraded version which was exchanged by the shop owner without any problem. They even checked stabilizer in the shop before I took it home after purchase. And they do pick and communicate over the phone even suggesting the best product. It is a old well known shop in Navyug Market and I think most of people from Ghaziabad know them. I think they are distributor cum retailer of the logistat and Crompton products so prices are always reasonable. I can highly recommend this shop to others.

Genuine Crompton fans and pumps at this shop. Bought several fans from them 3-4 years ago, one of the fans started making a noise because of constant voltage fluctuation. They were polite and arranged for the company mechanic to come and fix it, even though they could have told me to go directly to Crompton for service. The Crompton mechanic came in 3 days and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service from Venus.
