Too bad experience..... I went there to buy dettol liquid which I use on my skin...but they give me surface disinfectant which is not recommend for skin...I didn't notice that time.... When I went the pharmacy they didn't returned it...they created many issues....they said '' 200% sure jol meshano hoyeche; arokom colour tw chilona'' etc. Totally wasted my money(318 rupees)....plz be careful everyone....

Worst services , they don’t treat the customers properly - Not at all customers friendly. Very rude behaviour Will not visit this shop again in future.

It is more of a condom showroom...rather than a medicine shop....being at the heart of Howrah...in the most densely populated area...they don't keep any proper medicines... neither any urgent medicines...and above all no online transaction system...neither GPay...Paytm..or anything....and staffs are always busy sitting in front of the desktop and busy on their own... doesn't attends the customers and clients...!

i went to buy medicine, 2 boy was there first i told the name of medicine they said i want prescription , prescription pic was in my phone so i gave suddenly one of that boy started scrolling to my gallery, When i took phone and asked if medicine is available or not without seeing in there computer or any where esle they simply refused Totally lost interest from apollo pharmacy, I would be suggesting never to visit Panchanantala branch apollo. Personally telling you better to go somewhere else this company doesn’t teach there employees manners, and just simply hiring uneducated employees .
