It was very convenient to have my baby's food at just one phone call and within only 26 minutes. Very much satisfied as a customer.

Excelent service becuse i will order to branch baby food at 9.30 pm thn he was service to 10 to 15 minuits je were dalivery to my door delivery thnks to Salkia apollo pharmacy🙂

One of the worst place to take home delivery. I used to take aptamil infant formula for my baby from here and I used to order them 2 packs of the formula after every 4 days. In spite of the reason that the price counted almost 1500 rupees and even after my constant requests they generally never gave me the bills and after a lot of harrasment they only gave me 2 or 3 bills out of the hundreds of formula I ordered. I would suggest everyone to never take a home delivery from here without being assured that they will give you the bills.

I strongly advise against taking home delivery from this place. My experience with their service was appalling. Despite regularly ordering Aptamil infant formula for my baby, worth around ₹1500 every 4 days, they consistently failed to provide me with bills. Repeated requests were met with harassment, and I only received 2-3 bills out of hundreds of orders. The behavior of two staff members was particularly rude and unprofessional. One staff member, a native Hindi speaker, and the other, a senior citizen, displayed Satan-like behavior, making my experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when I confronted them about their behavior, they told me that they would be happy if I didn't come to their shop again. They even had the audacity to call me a beggar! Their lack of accountability and disrespect towards customers is unacceptable. I urge everyone to ensure they receive proper bills and respect from the staff before opting for home delivery from this place. I have already reported this incident to Apollo Pharmacy's head office, and I hope they take necessary steps to address this issue. Such people need to be taught a lesson for their mental and rude behavior. They will pay for it. I told everyone, for don't go and purchase any thing from this shop anymore time.
