This optical service is best.. staff behaviour is really well mannered.. Deboshree Di's service is really well to find new design of spectacles...

Worst customer service...I bought one spectacle but I had issues with that could not able to read with glasses so i went to the shop they make me wait for more than hours but never checked... very bad behaviour i think.when you purchase they behave so good but later if you face problem they show their real face...Worst behaviour staffs..

Very bad service my name was the first and I late for 5 min due to huge traffic in Ramrajatala. They just ignored that and I was waiting till last patient and then I got chance to visit doctor. If I was late ok after going 2nd patient then they could send me but no I have to wait till last. Very disappointed with this kind of service. If I late then also my slot is not going empty someone is visiting on my slot so Why I cant use the 2nd slot and most importantly there was no seat for patient and patient’s family. We waited almost 1.5 hours by standing in the road Doctor is very good thats why I came here but from next time I will never visit any Ramraja opticals all branches have same services. They not valuing customer's

Since 1994 I am using contact lens.. I am very much satisfied with the behavior and service of each and every one ... Thank you all ...
