Complete chaos and mismanaged. It takes a lot of time to get your meds. The number of staffs are high still the movement is very slow. First of all there's no queue and whom do you ask for medicine. You randomly ask staffs until someone accepts and keeps you on list. Once he gets the medicine after long time the billing again takes a long time. It's now better to order medicines online. No such hassles!
