The most worst electric office in the world . The the storms get over they starts thinking of turning off the electricity

May be the worst electricity system ever..not even in summer but also in winter, their services and behaviour both are very poor, if someone takes a deep breath the Domjur electric office thinks that there's a hurricane is coming let's power cut! 🙂 On a serious note really we face horrible experience here about electricity.

This office and officers are irresponsible, they just come and take our tax money and go home without doing any work.

To be honest, WBSEDCL Domjur doesn't provide quality electricity with stable voltage. Previously the voltage used to come too high like near 300V, but even after repeatedly complaining about the situation they didn't provide any good solution. But after posting a tweet on X and other social media platforms, WBSEDCL finally gave a useful solution but now they are giving Voltage which is near 140V. I don't know why they can't provide a stable 220V current to all households which causes a lot of problems to local residents.

The service of these people is not good at all. The biggest thing is that the calls on their phone number are never received. Even if the load setting is done, they say that the service is not available on this number right now.
