The number one culprit here is the staff (Surya Santra) who don't pay attention to time, they take three days for delivery pickup.😤

I don’t even want to put a single rating! The delivery guy named Abhijeet STOLE my parcel and delivered an empty box. I was supposed to get a parcel on 9th May, it said Out for delivery around 10:30. At 12 i got a text that it is Delivered. I didn’t receive anything. I kept trying the number, noone picked. Next day a guy named Abhijeet, picked the call and promised to deliver it on Saturday. He didn’t. Next day he called from his personal number for directions and delivered an empty box. I am sure this guy stole my item. Please take action or I need to contact the police!!
