Good nursing home at Howrah near ramrajatala. All types of doctors visit here. Staff behaviour is good.

Visited on 26/5 around 7 PM for Dr. A. Chowdhury . My call no was 2nd. Unfortunately , I reached the hospital just few minutes later when my no was called.But Receptionist kept my mother waited till all approx 14 patients get checked and then allowed my mother to enter. Ideally, they should consider my mother much before as my list no was 2. Even receptionist don't allow her after repeated requests.. Don't understand from where she get such audacity. Pls take proper action against her just to harassing the elderly patients.

Facilities here are good than usual but many times you will find doctors are not avialable not in the case of emergencies. The behaviour of staffs is very much unprofessional.

I am writing this review after 25 days of my mother's Neck Femur fracture surgery.She was admitted under Dr Soumyajit Mandal,the operation was smooth and successful.Soumyajit Sir was very cordial and explained all the after surgery procedure me thoroughly.My mother has started walking of the own.Hopefully she will recover fully in next few days. Special mention to the whole Mediclaim team of People's Hospital including Anjan Sir,Dishani madam and others who helped me in the cashless documentation and guided me from admission to discharge.Hope many more patient parties to get such help from them.Thank you all.

Worst experience. No care or value of Patients even if its an emergency case. Bought our patient in emergency for accident case today, got reply that no doctor available & will have to wait for resident doctor. Upon arrival of him, he wrote down x-ray. At billing counter it took almost 20-25 minutes to complete just billing & paper work for x-ray. On submitting papers at radiology department there wes no-one available inside to attend & we had been asked to submit papers & wait. On pressuring that its accident case, a person went to call the radiologist which took another 15-20 minutes for whole process. Then on checking the report, RMO refered to orthopedic doctor who is not available at present & will come at 2pm which is we have to wait for another 1 & 1/2 hr. That too he will see on our number i.e. after 15 patients. Damn this hospital service.
