Staff will scam you by charging extra fare for luggage and conductor made the bus look like local bus after he started picking local passengers on the way. Very Unhygienic and conductor won’t switch on the power supply for charging ports. They often transport illegal stuffs too

I like the overall experience, bus was in good condition and staff was also polite. Dustbin was given to dispose off wrappers and empty bottles which I never seen before in other volvo buses. Driver was also driving safe and within speed limits. Although I was travelling solo but based on other passengers I can tell journey was safe for female passengers also. We stopped twice for dinner and breakfast and washroom was clean and female friendly and food was affordable and delicious. I have given them four star because somewhat I did not like the waiting area, although it was front of metro station I could not find the waiting area as se other bus operator name was written and shade was not covering the waiting area properly, also won't recommend female passengers to wait for longtime or in the late night time. I would suggest better to wait in the metro station if you have reached quite early to catch the bus.

disrespectful, disgusting no manners and totally behave like local bus, arrived Siliguri at 1.00 pm instead of 7.00 am near about 6hrs late, 🚫 do not recommended 🚫. Expected rating (minus 1 Star).

Very rude behavior by the bus driver and also by the helper. I had a booking your bus by 23th jan 2026 your bus left us at night just because we are having our dinner, we were getting late a bit due to bill payment in restaurant. I specially talk with your bus operator and he refuse us to get in the bus and leave us at night.bus no WB 57 E 5991

This bus service doesn’t even deserve a single star. The entire system feels like a scam. Their staff stops passengers on the road and takes them to the ticket counter. After you purchase the ticket, they suddenly start charging extra for any luggage beyond a small bag — something that is never mentioned beforehand. The ticket counter staff avoid responsibility, directing you to “ask someone else” instead of providing clear information. Their behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional; they talk to passengers in a loud, disrespectful tone. If you ever plan to travel by this bus, make sure you’re not alone — go in a group, stay alert, and don’t let them take advantage of you.
