Absolutely worst service. The treatment was useless. The cockroaches never went away and they promise a 6 month warranty but then never respond to phone calls. Please do not waste your money. Their intention from begining is to cheat people.

I had taken the service from this agency where they promised me warranty of 6 months. After service within one month I was facing the problem of cockroach and spider so I called them but they were adamant, never responded properly. Now I have to go for another agency the money is wasted.

SCAM ALERT! Absolutely Useless and Ineffective Chemical used and Service is scammy. I did Termite control with them and within months, Termites are back. They gave 5 years warranty for their service but the moment you call them regarding any re-service under warranty period, they BLOCK your number. They'll answer call if you call from any other number and the moment they realize it is you, they'll block that number too.

The person with whom I had a conversation Mr. Ravi was sounding very professional. But the workers who r supposed to do the work were very unethical, unprofessional, lazy. To the contrary they stood for asking TIP which was such a shameful thing as if they did a great job. I am very unhappy as I called them for termite treatment and their work was very unsatisfactory coz I can hear the voice of termites from the walls. I explained each and everything to Mr. Ravi and he said he will send the workers again for which I told him very clearly not to send the same 4 people who were sent (Satish, Narsing, Anil & Sashi). The company usually sends only 2 people but I requested for another 2 and paid extra money so that they can clean the area well which too they didn't do properly. V all were continuously busy with them and those 4 people firstly came late, took very very long breaks, busy on phones, watching videos on phone etc. Actually v got their reference thru one of my DAD'S frnd who took the same treatment but now they too r very dissatisfied coz the Uncle called to my DAD and the expressed unhappiness. The workers/employees r the face of the Company and if they behave so pathetically then the name, fame of Company will automatically goes down. In drill and fill with white cement the work shud be very smooth and in the pics u can see the way they filled with white cement 👇 Hope Mr. Ravi, Mr. Shiva (Team Manager) will be able to recruit better professional people. Fraud person Ravi we have taken. 5 year extension in 2023 when we called he asked her to renew the extension when we didnot accept he send a person who just didnot do anything properly when asked why this was he replied his manager have told just to spray not to do anything
