One of the bad shop i have seen, rood bihevier, owner using bad words about the customers, worest shop
Total waste of time visiting this store. In reels they show beautiful articles, but jab visit karte ho toh bolte hain “sab sold out hai, sirf yeh stock bacha hai.” In reel they mentioned starting 45 rupees, but actual mein 249 ka piece dikhate hain. Even on YouTube unka video clearly says 3-piece nightwear pack (tshirt, pant & short), but staff ko khud apne stock ka knowledge nahi hai. Jab maine ladies short pucha toh kuch staff ko pata bhi nahi tha iska matlab, aur jab explain kiya toh woh log hasne lage. Staff ka behaviour itna immature tha ki mujhe uncomfortable feel hua. Being a woman, visiting a hosiery shop where male staff laugh at such basic queries is highly unprofessional and mentally disturbing. Instead of helping customers, they make you feel awkward. Fake promotions, misleading pricing, and untrained staff — totally disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
