I have purchased here 45 days ago while purchasing at cash/billing counter saying within 100 days we can exchange/ return (full set) but 3 days ago I went and exchange some set of sarees there will be a women who maintains return/exchange only she is saying you can return within 30 days only we can't accept return now. I have said that your staff said within 100 days returnable she replied I didn't say 100 days who are they to say 100 days I will take return I didn't say 100 days like this her behaviour. You have lost one customer by her arrogant behaviour. You must say to customers one word only. At billing counter Staff also not respecting customers.

Worst experience..there is no difference between other shops than this.. every shop should be same as like this.. please don't trust social media influencers.. . Don't trust 75rs sarees ,85rs, 105 sarees.. sarees everything it's fake.

I have purchased the blouse piece which was mentioned as 35. And later they have sent the bill and as I was in meeting if didn't verify as there were multiple items I just paid the bill and later when i received the stock and was checking the bill I saw they mentioned it as 40rs. When I have contacted them back they didn't respond and after a week they said why didn't u return it on the same day. And later they said they have said they have 2 qualities in same design and have send 40rs one And later one more person contacted and said prices are increased. What should I trust? And in return they said it is not staff mistake it is my mistake to not return on the same day.
