I recently had a kidney stone removal procedure, and The doctor was highly skilled, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, and the entire hospital staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. I’m very grateful for the excellent treatment and would highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of urological care.

One of my relatives recently had worst experiences at this hospital. They went due to stomach ache, but the staff unnecessarily put them on 9 glucose/saline bottles. Even when they asked them to stop, the hospital insisted they needed more, without giving any proper explanation. They also added unwanted charges like registration, administration, nursing ward/room charges, and duty medical officer ward/room charges — even though none of these services were actually provided. For all these they billed ₹4300, and for the glucose/salines they added an additional ₹2,000. The most shocking part is that not even a single doctor visited, yet they still billed under a doctor’s name. Based on this experience, it felt like the hospital was more focused on making money than providing real medical care. Money looters and not at all recommended. And the worst part is that, the actual stomach ache didn't even get cured!

Senior Doctor is Good but the management is Worst. The Govt Hospital would be Better than this Place. No Token, No Properly Trained Nurses, they fight in front of us only, OMG by mistake also u should not go for Medical Test ECG ( No words ) I myself operated for my Grandmother. Best only for small medication. I pray to God, please shut down this hospital or change its management.

I had both my deliveries at Sowmya Hospital and my experience has been excellent each time. The hospital has very good management and the staff are extremely supportive and responsive. Whenever we needed help, we received a quick response, even during emergencies at midnight. The doctors and nurses took great care of me and my babies. I am very thankful to the entire team and highly recommend Sowmya Hospital.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely grateful to Dr. Samskar sir, whose unwavering confidence and compassion made all the difference. He assured us of my spouse's recovery, giving us hope with just a smile. Despite his busy schedule, he spent hours ensuring smooth admission, skipped his lunch, and even made regular visits to the 2nd floor to check on us. His dedication was inspiring! Huge thanks to Nurse Shravanthi mam and the insurance team led by Charan for their exceptional care and support. The entire hospital staff, including the medical shop and security team, showed incredible kindness and professionalism. Their teamwork made a difficult time much easier. Thank you for helping us fight typhoid and bringing smiles back home! I also thank Rajeshwar rao sir to have these staff appointed in hospital hat's off don't ,never lose them.
