Very good owner/workers. I paid 200 for a bulb and they returned 30rs. I thought price might be 170 and left. Then after a few steps away from the shop, I checked the MRP. It was 88 only. Then I went back and explained the scenario to the owner. He returned 100rs. He could have blamed me or denied me. But he trusted the customer and returned the money. There was no way to check if I paid 200 initially. I really liked the customer service and good attitude of the owner. Hope they keep up the good work.
It is a well-known automobile spare parts shop located at Tolichowki. It is amazing to see it packed with customers wanting to buy spares, and it looks more crowded than a wine shop. The prices are supposed to be competitive, and quality and genuineness are assured.
