Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Food Quality I had a terrible experience here. The chicken served to me was not cooked properly at all. The piece was extremely hard, rubbery, and impossible to chew, which clearly indicates poor cooking or very low-quality meat. When I questioned the staff about it, instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a replacement, they casually said “it’s chest piece, it won’t be soft and tender.” This explanation is completely unacceptable. Chicken breast does NOT mean it should be rock-hard. Properly cooked chicken, regardless of the cut, should be edible, tender, and safe to eat. This response shows a lack of basic culinary knowledge and zero concern for customer satisfaction. Serving hard, overcooked chicken and then defending it rather than fixing the issue is highly unprofessional. I paid for a meal, not an excuse. This was a complete waste of money and time. If this is the standard of food and service, I would strongly advise others to think twice before eating here. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a disappointing experience as a traveller. I ordered an Irani kebab parcel, and the counter staff first said it would take half an hour, then mentioned it would take even longer. I still agreed because I wanted to try the Irani kebab. After waiting, I received a small parcel and was excited to eat, but when I opened it, it turned out to be chicken tikka instead. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Food was really good tried chicken 65 biryani. Had an amazing experience.

My experience at Mahfil Restaurant was the first… and definitely the last. Honestly, it’s one of the worst restaurants in Hyderabad without exaggeration. The moment you walk up the stairs, you’re welcomed by dirty plates and utensils thrown all over the steps — a terrible first impression before even entering. Inside, you find tables and chairs that are extremely dirty, with zero attention to cleanliness or customer comfort. I ordered their special chicken biryani, hoping it would be good… but the shock was that it had no taste, no flavor, and absolutely no quality. It felt like food made without any care at all. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time or money there. You deserve 0 stars… and if there was less, I would give it.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch restaurant. The ambiance and service were excellent. A special appreciation to Ms. Pooja for her professionalism and dedication. She was very attentive, responsible, and ensured that our orders were taken and served perfectly. Her polite behavior and willingness to listen carefully to customer requests truly enhanced our dining experience. Keep up the great work!
