Worst service experience. Extremely disappointed. I recently visited this place to modify my Himalayan 450 and ended up spending over ₹30,000 on accessories, including all protectors and Maddog Rage fog lamps. I was guided by Bablu throughout the process. I specifically asked for a master cylinder protector, which they initially said was available but did not show me the part. However, while installing the other guards, they silently installed a protector without informing me. I assumed it was the correct one for the Himalayan, but later found out it was actually a Guerrilla protector. Just to make an extra ₹1,000, they installed a completely different part. Why would anyone knowingly install a Guerrilla protector on a Himalayan? This is either negligence or intentional mis-selling—both are unacceptable. On top of that, the Maddog fog lamps were heavily oversold. I was charged ₹19,500, and only later realized I could have made a much more informed decision elsewhere. Overall, this place lacks transparency and professionalism. If you’re planning to get any accessories installed here, cross-check every single part—multiple times. Don’t blindly trust the recommendations. I expected expertise and honesty. Sadly, got neither.

Lost a 5 year loyal customer today. I purchased a brass chain set for my Duke 390 Gen 3. At the counter, I clearly asked them to double check if the chain model would fit my bike. The sales executive confidently assured me it would. After nearly 2 hours of work, they cut my original chain to remove it, only to later realize that the sprocket size was bigger and the new chain would not fit my bike. The worst part is that my original chain was not faulty at all, yet it was cut and I had to bear that loss because of their incorrect confirmation. Only then another sales executive named Shakair replaced it with the correct chain, wasting another full hour purely due to lack of knowledge and careless handling. To make matters worse, I was not provided a proper GST invoice for the chain set, only a small estimation slip, which is unacceptable for such a purchase. This was not the only incident. On Feb 11, 2026, I brought ambient lights from Delhi and decided to get them installed here, which turned out to be a huge mistake. During the installation process, my bike even showed an engine malfunction error, which added to the stress and clearly reflects how careless the work was. A mechanic named Alam quoted ₹1500 just for installation. I was shocked but told him to proceed and that we would discuss pricing later, since this is a bike, not a car. I spoke to the owner Santosh, who refused to intervene and simply said I must pay because staff need income. I calmly explained I would pay fairly for the work. After installation, Alam stuck to the same ₹1500, saying I never disagreed earlier. On top of that, the installation quality was terrible. Instead of removing panels, he forcefully pushed the lights into gaps. I repeatedly asked him to remove panels and do it properly, but he refused. The work was honestly not even worth ₹300. Santosh stepped in to defend his staff. He was polite, but no real solution was offered. He asked me to return the next day (Feb 12, 2026). I did, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, it got worse. Another mechanic named Raju simply used double sided tape where the lights were coming off and handed the bike back to me. After this, I gave feedback to Santosh. While he listened, his response was disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the poor service, he kept saying he did not know what else to do since I was “not satisfied.” The reality is simple: the work was not satisfactory, and they were not willing to do it properly. You cannot expect customers to force themselves to be satisfied. He offered a refund initially, which I declined at the shop. Later I realized this was my hard earned money and called him, but he stopped responding. After 5 years of loyalty, this is how customers are treated. Please do not blindly trust your service staff. Accept mistakes. Respect customers’ time and money. Very disappointed.

Today got my bike PPF done with Akhil, and I’m extremely happy with the results. His clean work and finishing are truly outstanding. Took add-on accessories for my MT-15 bike. Literally here people are in a full hurry and rush mode. I installed RP racing fog lights and foot rest pedals here. Product quality was good. But their way of talking really shows worst behaviour. I enquired the cost of foot rest pedals before they said 1100rs. On the installation day they were saying 1300rs. While asking regarding the price they were talking very rudely. Even the installation will be doing in a hurry mode. For fog lights also I said keep button for operating lights. And they kept switch one for operating.
