Don’t waste your time or money here – seriously. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a printing company. Out of 500 business cards, 75 came out defective. I paid extra for curved corners, and guess what? They didn’t even do it. The logo was supposed to be centered, it’s clearly not. The cutting is completely uneven, some cards are higher, some are lower – it looks so unprofessional. I chose them based on their Google reviews, which now I regret deeply. It’s a total loss – the cards are such cheap quality, I can’t even hand them out. They refused to refund, saying the job is “done.” How is a job done when the product is unusable? To top it all off, they delayed the delivery by a full week. And before that, they messed up the logo layout – they literally changed the positioning of my design without asking. Then they reprinted the whole batch only to butcher the cutting again. Absolutely unprofessional, careless, and unreliable. Total disappointment. Through photos, I can’t really show the quality of the print
