Worst experience here and I don't recommend this shop for anyone who looking for laptop repair. *Please Beware of Classic Info Solutions*

Had a very vast experience recently visited to repair my laptop camera and they charged me 1000 rupees for nothing and done nothing the camera didn't come as well and they installed another windows too without permission and I went again to report this issue and they made new film of 1500

Never come this place. They are a big fraud. They take out your original parts and don't even repair your laptop. They add up all unnecessary things in the bill claiming they did all those on your laptop. They don't even know how to fix laptops. They give your laptop to other nearby shops for lesser price to fix them. Once again Never come to this place.

Very worst experience. I almost spent 7k for my laptop repair and in return i didn't get any of my problems fixed addition to that I got new problems. The graphic card is not detected, the audio system is messed up (system can't detect audio devices), and even wifi is not working. They charged 600 saying that it is charged for installing windows OS which is again a fraud. Not recommended at all. Go for authorised centers instead.

Recently I approached them to repair my Sony VAIO laptop, but due to irresponsible behaviour of them I lost the trust to every repair center in this CTC building. Totally money minded people they all are, I lost my 3000 to them, first they told me that we will give ur laptop in working condition, I am adding here that most of the repair center having the same rule like thay will chargeyou if they will give your laptop in good satisfied working condition and if they failed then they'll charge only service charge ,for this they almost more than 7 days but in last I lost my money. They refused to refund by telling me that they have fixed some iczz in my laptop but what's the proof , so irresponsible, will not recommend anyone to approach them so poor behave please do check the reviews before approaching them.
