They disrespected and made a 65 year old who just had surgery recovering from cancer run around for an hour to get change for 5000. Gave notes that people return for being torn to him. Absolutely abysmal staff, especially the lady at the cash counter. Please hire educated staff, and train them. This is the state of a private bank branch. Thanks to the assistant manager for interjecting and assisting, but it was too little too late. If that is how they allow an employee to behave, god bless the other workers and customers who have had to deal with her. I heed you to avoid this branch and travel a little further to find a bank branch that actually wants to help its customers.
