Wise Pharmacy is a worst place to purchase your medications. The staff is useless and uneducated . I recently visited the pharmacy and was shocked with their customer service. The employee I dealt with was a rude kid with no sense and talking very roughly . I would highly recommend not to visit Wise Pharmacy to anyone. Waste. Pharmacy ever visited.

Nice ambience, good staff, maintain all verities

I needed my medicines a little urgently late at 3 am yet the staff made sure to keep the store open till I could manage a delivery for myself. Very considerate staff.

Over time, the store has been rebranded and now carries the typical MedPlus look and feel, which gives it a slightly premium appearance compared to many local medical stores. In terms of pricing and discounts, MedPlus offers around 20% discount only on bills above ₹500, and below that 15% is what they say but it is selective for few medicines only and not all, which may not always feel beneficial for customers buying medicines for short-term or minor treatments. For smaller purchases, the discounts are either minimal or not applicable, making it feel quite similar to regular pharmacies. The availability of medicines largely depends on the local area’s demand. Common and frequently used medicines are usually in stock, but for specific brands or less commonly prescribed medicines, availability can be hit or miss. In such cases, they usually suggest waiting or checking another MedPlus outlet. The staff experience is generally okay neither exceptional nor problematic and they're not pharmacists also which I can find in India's 80% pharmacies. The service feels professional but slightly transactional, with limited personal interaction compared to smaller neighborhood pharmacies. While the store feels organized and clean, it doesn’t necessarily offer a significant price advantage over local medical stores. Overall, this MedPlus outlet is reliable, clean, and conveniently located, but it’s not drastically different in terms of pricing or service. It works well if you need commonly available medicines and prefer a standardized pharmacy setup, but for better discounts or personalized service, local pharmacies may still offer more value.
