Good Service and timely response.

I was very impressed with the service provided at DHL office at Liberty Complex. The office is not very big but the officer Ms. Farhana went out of the way to make our transaction smooth and effortless. The price charged also was reasonable. Anyone using the service of DHL, this office is highly recommended.

I recently visited this place and I'm very impressed with the service. Many Blue Dart courier centers don’t have the best ratings, but this particular branch really stood out. Even though it’s about an hour away from my home, I chose it because of the higher rating and it was worth the trip. The staff here were extremely professional, patient and polite. There were two people managing the center and both took the time to explain everything clearly, without rushing me. They handled things peacefully and made sure I understood the process. This is by far the best courier center I've come across and I hope more branches can provide this kind of excellent customer service. Thank you to both of them. Highly recommended.
