A courier was booked for us from Trivandrum. It has now been eight days, and the package still hasn't arrived. When we called to inquire about the delay, they responded by asking, "Why do you call at random times? Do you think we don't have any work to do?" This is the level of "careful" service they provide. Therefore, it would not be wise for us to utilize their services.

Worst service they don't even have a proper call centre or local hub contact number, the number which is mentioned on website it's not working...it's been one week i am still waiting for my parcel from Chennai to Hyderabad.
