Exceptional Service Provider! I've had the pleasure of using 1Call All Service for various home maintenance and repair services, and I must say, they've exceeded my expectations every single time! Very unprofessional service. They charged Rs. 2,400 for repairing my Bosch washing machine but did the job incorrectly. The technician installed an incompatible heating coil and even cut a wire, which caused overheating, steam coming out of the machine, damage to the detergent dispenser, and a full load of clothes getting ruined. This could have caused a serious accident. They promised a refund if the issue wasn’t fixed but are now refusing to return the money and rarely answer calls. I had to spend another Rs. 3,200 on an authorized Bosch technician to fix their mistakes. Avoid this service. —————————————————— Mr Abdullah or Javeed whoever is responding here, you know how many times I called you without you picking the phone or not calling me back when the talk of refund came into picture. If you have the intent, simply return my money. No point calling you again without you keeping your words.
