Ordered items via Jio mart app and one of the items GRB ghee is not delivered with the order, but the system has updated as delivered all the items . Trying to reach the delivery agent and also store but none of the guys are reachable

Average. No response for custoners. After having so many workers they fail to give info that what things available at which row. Apart from that it's ok. Clothes are some good for ladies but for gents neither clothes are good or justify price.foot wears are outdated. They need to restock new fresh arrivals. We need new stock for footwear and clothes. Especially for men's wear. It's a ground plus first floor. Some offers are good like on juices and soft drinks. But they need to give us more options on electronics and other things.

Very worst service after purchase telling no cash payments only online payment no proper response with stafs

Had the worst experience ever. They put offer sign on a hair clip but then on billing counter it didn't apply in the bill after payment whn I checked bill. But I couldn't even return and get my cash back. Idk why it's soo hard to return cash whn it's COMPANIES FAULT. Had to wait extra 30 mins just for compensation that too i was forced to get return only in my reliance wallet means I'm forced to visit same store AGAIN
