I had a bad experience in the store. They took back the medicine because I've not given my contact number stating that it is a mandatory. I never seen this rule in any store. I need to break my privacy for buying medicine here. Small stores are the best.

Store is very neat and good atmosphere, Staff are friendly people, specially name 'rakesh', he explained the things in very cool manner, most patience person, i have never deal this type of friendly conversation any where in this medical shop fields. By having like this cool minds, medplus will rock the society.

It's location and ambience are just right. But they need to populise their products by keeping sufficient stock of various brands of medicines prescribed by the local doctors since they are having intense competition in this aspect by other drug stores nearby. They need to see replacement of part time service center for diagnosis tests by regular staff for attracting new membership.
