You can find most components here. They do not cheat. I was looking for a component and got it here without having to haggle over the price. Some shops were charging whatever came to their mind for the same component..
One of the well stocked and well known electronic component stores in Gujarati Galli. They sell electronic components/spares. I've been there recently to buy capacitors for the power board of an LCD tv. I needed 5 different types of capacitors out of which 4 were available here. The other one was an odd one and was not available any where in Gujarati Galli. The response at the store is good and they looked honest. I would recommend this place if you need any electronic components for repair or DIY etc. etc. Few things I saw there were capacitors, wire strippers, ICs, diodes, multimeter, resistors, rectifiers, liquid flux etc. So I'm not an expert but I hope you got what kind of things you can get there.
