Worst hospital in cleanliness, not sure what #SMC and #GHMC are doing, they should arrange someone for a surprise visit. Too many mosquitoes were there during the visit. There was mosquito repellent on reception but not on the patient's bedside. Very dirty bed sheets and patient cabins, walls are very dirty, May they treat patient well, but due to the cleanliness issue, the patient can carry another disease. The most shocking thing is when I asked on reception to register complaints, they said no responsible person is available in the hospital. He tried to call someone, but there no response. Take care whenever you visit there.
Dr md Abdullah Saleem sir is so kind hearted and very knowledgeable doctor , he. Is excellent pulmonologist. He is not at all commercial doctor ,, thank u Dr. I came from UP stat for lung problems , got his aadress from my friend .he treated one my family friend very well . we need dr like you, god bless. You sir
I visited today and noticed an issue with professionalism at the reception. When I asked for the ENT doctor, the receptionist—dressed inappropriately—called out "Samreen Fatima," making it seem like a patient, not a doctor. This reflects poorly on the hospital's image. Hiring educated and professional staff, even at a slightly higher cost, would greatly enhance the hospital’s reputation. This feedback is meant to help improve standards for the community. Dr. Majid Saleem sir, I am sure you will have a change In Sha Allah... Revolution is necessary for our youth....to change our community's image...
Worst experience.. If you don't have Dengue or Malaria, don't worry. They have plenty of big mosquitoes in the hospital. Pathetic service I have attached a photo for the proof.
Dr. Fatimah Rizvi is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I took my toddler to her for treatment of rashes, but she barely examined the child. She spent almost no time actually checking the patient — out of the 5–6 minutes we were there, she was on her phone chatting for 4–5 minutes and only used about 1 minute to write the prescription. During the entire visit, the only word she spoke was “Acha.” There are many better options nearby. I strongly do not recommend her.
