They'll tell that products are under warranty when selling the product, but when I went to claim warranty one person said the warranty needs to be claimed by the company via toll free number, other person said that the product is under warranty only for leakage or manufacturing defects and the third person tries convincing me that he will fix the problem with feviquick. Finally the owner said "I cannot do anything, I am sorry" If warranty is only for manufacturing defects it should be specified at time of sale.
