Never believe this person especially when you have time bound work and he does not have technical knowledge. I asked him to prepare a land revaluation report. He prepared it without collect rate and when I asked him for a copy of collect rate then he told me that he does not have collect rate. He told me that he has asked someone about the collect rate and prepared the report based on verbal discussion with someone. Moreover he refused to talk to my CA. He is rude, unprofessional. Secondly he delayed my report for a week and every day he promised me that he will prepare my report by today evening positively but he did not keep his promise and it happened continuously for a week. How you can believe a person who does not keep his promise for one week or so. bad guy!!!
