I am a regular customer of kathi rolls. Usually I dine in at kathi roll and quality and and quantity is good, but today I decided to take away. I ordered 4 rolls and out of them triple egg chicken and keema were horrible. Anyone could see that roll and tell that there is no more than one egg used. Keema roll was cooked earlier and was not fresh, the paper wrap was literally inseparable from the roll. I never thought I would be scammed like this being a regular customer. This was certainly my last visit to this place as I wouldn't want to waste my money on below standard food anymore.

I ordered garlic paneer with no mayo ..but they made it hell (it was a sweet dish ) i.e a lot of mayo .. No garlic at all ..it was hell Wastage of money

I recently visited the cafe and had a disappointing experience. The food was far from what I expected; it was bland and poorly prepared. I ordered a Roll that was dry and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, the staff was quite rude. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I raised my concerns about my order. Instead of addressing the issue, they brushed me off, which made me feel unwelcome. Overall, I would not recommend this cafe. The food quality is subpar, and the staff's behavior only adds to the frustration. I hope they can improve in both areas, but I won't be returning anytime soon.

I had a bug in my food, bloody. I am a vegetarian, are you trying to turn me or something. This was not expected from a place like this, you are asking 200 Rs for a small roll and there too all I see is a bug in my food!!!!!!!!
