got the required help . had to update my mothers phone no and she was facing trouble with her fingerprints biometrics ,the lady at the centre really tried for long and with patience to have it dtected . the gents at the office also asked high amount of fee but she has told him ,we came for just updating the mobile no. her honesty n integrity is really wrth for appreciation.
Although it was a bit inconvenient due to the unexpected people turnout and the long wait hours made it even worse but the service is remarkably fast and the people are professional. The long waiting queue can be attributed to the non-adult customers and mostly rural people which take almost thrice the time it would take for the same job with an urban customer.
