Very Bad. Service. ... I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The staff members were uncooperative and lacked basic courtesy. I had purchased 17 sarees and 8 dresses, and upon inspection, I found that one saree had a hole near the fall. When I visited the store to exchange it, I was informed that the same pattern was not available. I was shown an alternative saree, which had a price difference of only ₹100. Considering the situation, I politely requested that the ₹100 difference be waived as a goodwill gesture. However, the staff insisted on charging the full amount and refused to offer any resolution. Their tone and behavior were quite rude and unprofessional. I believe the team could benefit from proper customer service training to handle such situations with empathy

Good place to buy sarees. Lots of varieties and design. Prices are also affordable .

Very bad experience... As staff not talk properly. Very rudely they talk with us.. As we are last 10yrs purchasing saree.. But now not proper attention they are giving .. No new stock available... In the shop... As now a day we will not go in that shop...

No good saree quality I buy saree for my mom it was arroung 6000 but after 15 days saree colors get loss without wash I recommend to don't buy from dwarkadas

Fully furnished with lots of designs saree, salwar suits, Shuting and shirting with discount rate, staff are cooperative
