I was planning to buy one sewing machine and looking nearby shop .iam happy that decided to go to kalai sewing machine.owner is really a nice person.he is talking very friendly.helped us with grinder service.good showroom also .on my experience 100% full recommendation this shop

I bought Usha sewing machine here only. He will talk nice only at the time of buying. For post support, he will show his original character. I gave it for service and thought of buying a motor. He asked me the bill otherwise I need to pay 450, he said so I went home and came back with the bill as well as warranty card. Then he asked to come next day evening. But when I called, he said shop has been closed and added saying that he would confirm by next day morning itself. I didn't get any call so I called him evening. He simply said that he didn't even touch that. I asked him politely that we need the machine as we have shifting work as we already told. Then he asked me to come to the shop. There he was simply saying that there are lot of work that we can't service your machine. I said I will wait here in shop till its get repaired. He is telling we have machines came 45 days ago for service still we didn't get time to work on it as we got lot of new delivery. So they are accepting themselves that they will focus only for new machines delivery. If you want to get more pressure yourself then you can go to this shop. Very rude person, his talking for free service is not at all good

A nice little shop, specialized in Singer sewing machines. They have sales and service. The person there is really an expert. He guides well and gives useful tips for maintenance. He also fixes problems quickly. Very good service.

No problem with the service. But need to work on his attitude. Feel like bit arrogant from his response and the way he treats customers.

Had a great experience at Kalai Sewing Machine Center. The team was super helpful and knowledgeable, and they fixed my machine in no time. Service was prompt, and the prices were really competitive too. It is the best shop in Sholinganallur. Highly recommend them for all your machine needs! 👍
