I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shiva Computers. The person handling my system clearly had no knowledge about computers and was just doing random things without any sense of what he was doing. He didn’t even know how to properly insert an HDMI cable and was completely unaware of basic settings like eco mode or overclocking. Instead of fixing my problem, he enabled unnecessary settings, erased all of my data, and wasted several hours of my time. To make it worse, he still charged me for doing absolutely nothing useful. This was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from Shiva Computers.
