Very worst courier service, chengalpet hub no phone pickup for past one hour. Always the parcel will be misrouted and there is no proper response from them,very kiddish reply. Will be happy if there is no star review but minimum stars are there. So I marked one star with wounded heart.

Worst courier service ever!!!! I was supposed to be given a parcel on Tuesday but they misrouted my parcel to maraimalainagar and when confronted the imcharge in maraimalainagar said she would send it to chengalpattu and i will receive it the next day. Its been 3 days since. I havent received my parcel yet. They are not attending the calls too.. one minute Busy and the next minute no answer. Why do you people even have a phone when you cant answer!!!! You are not doing this for free. No manners too, they were too rude as if delivering late and not attending calls were our mistake!!
