Limited stock, below graded product seemingly counterfeit or below graded products. They have very limited options to choose.Their behavior is very unprofessional .

Since long I am purchasing different computer peripherals from here. I have no complain against this shop. They are simply excellent. I have purchased 15 now. of Sony 4.7 dvd-r from here about a couple of days before. Unfortunately all the DVDs have manufacturing defects. I have tried to write some videos but each and every burning failed to pass. I have tried the same projects with other company dvds with the same software and everything goes fine. My request to the owner to look into it so that the good reputation of this shop does not hamper.

Good and polite staff and owner as well as very helpful. They are very polite while even exchanging anything taken from them. They don't return the money but they do exchange it for any item you want to take of the same budget. You need to produce the bill to them within a stipulated time period. They also give suitable advice of any query and are never in hurry.

This is the best shop in jadavpur area for buying anything related to laptop..pc or printer etc. I know this shop when i was in school and it was a small xerox shop and pc printer repairing shop.. From there now they became Bright Enterprise for their hard work only.. All the electronic items are in reasonable price.. Even i exchange my old pc and bought a new laptop. Printer is also from here.. Behaviour of staffs are good. Even the owner is also good and handle matter properly...if needed.. Repairing service is no doubt good..
