Very bad experience today. I went to buy lux infurno for my daughter. When I got home I saw it was for boys. I called them and told them that there was a mistake and they needed to change it, they said come back. After going to the store they said they don't have that size for girls so they can't give it to them and they won't refund the money either. You have to take a slip instead of money. Very sad. Even if I don't understand what we said that we want for girls, isn't it their responsibility as a shop owner to not give girls products that are for boys.
Most unprofessional in the whole market. They will ask you for UPI, then will say money not received and will not provide the product. In short thief.
