First of all it's really unfortunate that a reputed store like JL Mehta delays delivery citing Ramzan as the main reason since the tailors are Muslim. But what's absolutely unacceptable is they finally deliver it after a week past the promised delivery date with WRONG measurements even though we were very specific about it from the very beginning. I have no complaints about the quality of the curtains. They are beautiful but expensive. But you can't take the measurements for granted when you charge a hefty fee.
