We bought Wedding Reception-related clothes from them but the fitting of those clothes was terrible. The structure of the clothes of both of us was deplorable and deeply unsatisfactory. I wonder who their tailor is. We were deeply unsatisfied with their work and won't refer it to anyone.

First of all, please tally their prices before purchasing, because in the videos that they post on their instagram page they mention a different price and when you buy from their store directly they quote a higher price, the same piece that i bought in the video he mentioned 34k and because I visited the store and bought they charged 55k(I saw the video on this page way later i made the purchase, as I stumbled upon the video randomly while scrolling their page). On being questioned they will give you random excuses like its handwork, the one in the video is machine work (which again he has never mentioned) if that is the case he should clearly tell the customer that they have different price brackets for the same product based on the work. Now comes the delivery part he made delays after delays, and when finally I recieved the blouse it’s ill fitted, the neckline is completely different to the one I selected and same goes for the sleeves. Overall the experience is disgusting. Their behaviour completely shifts after you have made the purchase and paid the advance.

This was my first time shopping here, and I was extremely disappointed. The prices are unreasonably high compared to the quality. The owner’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional—he was openly disrespectful to the staff in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness. The staff were instructed to give more attention only to customers who appeared wealthy, which felt insulting and unfair. Overall, this store is one of the most overpriced shops in the entire Bara Bazar area. I strongly suggest that customers think carefully before buying anything from here, as almost everything is sold at an excessively high price and the shopping experience is very poor.

They told us some lehangas are fixed rate, later found out that the same lehanga is available in other nearby shops for 30% less price. We got cheated, don’t trust them and check prices before purchasing. Overpriced and not recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop in Bara Bazar when I went to buy a lehenga. The staff were inattentive and didn’t seem interested in helping customers properly. They were mostly busy among themselves and showed very little effort in assisting me or understanding what I was looking for. The worst part of the visit was the owner’s behavior. The owner was extremely rude and used filthy and inappropriate language, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and disrespectful. As a customer, you expect basic courtesy, but that was completely missing. The prices were also unbelievably high compared to other shops in the market, and the quality did not justify the cost at all. Instead of explaining or being helpful, the owner was dismissive when I asked questions. Overall, very poor customer service, disrespectful behavior from the owner, and overpriced products. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience in Bara Bazar.
