Very nice cordial staff and service

Extremely bad behaviour of staffs. We are a regular customer and we buy from here for almost every occasions. However unfortunately we lost a bill of a cloth piece and called tge very next day stating the problem. The receiver said thta they will cooperate but when we went there they not only acted in an arrogant manner but also ignored our pleas. We also asked them to check their computer records but they didn't. I also showed them our gpay payment. Everything was fine until we came out of the shop and out of anger my mother shouted that nobody should come to this shop. The boy who stands in front of the shop rushed towards my mother shouting in a violent manner and we had to retort back. This is just written so that everyone becomes aware that these shops have their own dadagiri. Gariahat has always been a friendly place but these people just ruin every shopping experience.

Pathetic behaviour from the owner not a coustomer friendly shop suggest not to buy a single thing from new punjabi stores

Completely fraud store. I purchased a punjabi for my friend as a gift. They promised if the size would not fit, they will exchange. But at the time of exchange they completely refused to exchange it. Please don't purchase from their store.

Very bad experience from their original small corner store at the crossing of the road . The behabiour of the front left side customer handling person particularly( who is also an old emplyoee). Also the the attitude and communication language of the the young cashier with customer is bad. I was a very old customer of their shop since inception. Their product was good and reliable. But now they cheat the public by selling fraud product. I went to purchase a pure cotton punjabi. They sold me a mixed texture punjabi which is less costly instead of my choice. I told at the time of purchase that I do not feel it our cotton. They confirmed it by showing the tag. I believed. But when I tested the threads at home for genuinity I found it totally false one. Then immediately I went to return but they are arguing you have used it ( yes I have just once wore it for fitness). The cashier told me how can we exchange with a new one with old cash memo? Immediately I came back dumping the punjabi at the road without returning . I shall never go to their place and suggest others also to think twice before .
