No option of giving 0, forced to give 1. The quality of service is exceptionally poor. Took 4 days to service a car and then also sent wet seat after interior cleaning

This is arguably the most unsatisfactory service center experience I have ever encountered. The quality of service, combined with the conduct of the personnel, was exceptionally poor. ​Specifically, the staff's behavior was highly unprofessional, demonstrating a complete lack of proper customer interaction and etiquette. ​Furthermore, my vehicle was handled with extreme negligence; it was left parked on the public road resembling an abandoned car. Upon collection, I discovered new scratches on the vehicle. When I reported this damage, the staff immediately denied any responsibility, asserting that the scratches did not occur while the vehicle was in their care. ​Overall, this facility offers the worst service in Kolkata.
