I serviced my bike just once. Pathetic service. Carburettor not cleaned despite me asking them to clean repeatedly. Chain not tightened. They did not even clean the air filter. Basically they'll charge you ₹400 for just washing and changing engine oil(that too brought by owner). On top of that, 2 litres Petrol fom tank missing. Petrol theft. First aid kit missing from under seat. Overall. I won't recommend it to anybody.

It is in Patuli EM bypass connector. They keep all Honda , Hero and TVS bykes. So if you are interested you can buy from there. In case of card payment 2.5%extra has to be paid. Rates you can check online and negotiate accordingly.

Charges are unreasonable, does not hv proper tools and believes in jugar concept. Strongly not recomended for service or regular maintenance.

After sales service is pathetic.Rajiv dont know lots of things about 2 wheeler.Rajiv just wash u r 2 wheeler & change the engine oil thats it.Not be able to solve any 2 wheeler related problem.Once my 2 wheeler start some problem after purchasing 3years later from Surti on that time he said keep the 2 wheeler for 3-4 days & expencess will be 10k. yes amount will be 10k for only servicing . I go to another garage for servicing , paid only 400/- & my 2 wheeler problem solved.Once my meter cable need to change as my meter reading not showing told to Rajiv & he advise me go to Mallik bazar as he dint know meter related work. Its a simple meter cable change he dont know that nominal thing.Some other garage i have done this .Even every time for paid servicing Rajiv generate the bill above 1000/-. Don’t go for servicing they just washed your 2 wheeler nothing else .Once bike get older problem start they never solve the problem.If you love your bike or Scooty then don’t go there. When I do servicing from Surti ( actually Rajiv do nothing , only washing ) my 2 wheeler has several issues but once I change the servicing guy , now my 2 wheeler is almost 10yrs old & not a single problem found. N.B- Becarefull of your petrol.
