They sell old battery which are not charged even and then u will have to suffer with service center even after 1 day of purchase and they don't give bill and when you go for warranty then company will not valid your warranty because there is no bill they have a very well planned system to fool the customer from all angles u will suffer and the seller and company both will not bother at all

A customer should never have to face such bad behavior and harassment. They should be very clear with their policies. They do not accept exchanges at any cost, do not speak to customers properly very very rude extremely bad behavior as if they are donating things for free and now that we have made the mistake of purchasing from them we should never go to them for any inconveniences. They behaved like They are trying to throw you out of the store because you went to talk about exchange. According to them, if I check a product for 15-20 mins before buying i am wasting their time and I will not be eligible for any exchanges later on even with valid bill and proper product condition. They literally threw my purchase bill and stuffs which was kept in the counter in order to show them. I picked those up and walked out of the store. Everyone should avoid this particular store🙏

Extremely bad service and behavior, if there is any issue with the product even after 2-3 days of purchasing a helmet or spare parts they will not acknowledge whatever you try to say. The owner or manager whoever the person is sitting in the chair is extremely bad and rude. Feels like I have taken something for free and now he wants me to be out of the store. I had purchased a helmet for rs-1400 just a week back, I felt like it is not the perfect fit for me or anyone in my family so I wanted to get it exchanged with valid bill and everything. But the manager behaved extremely badly and rudely he didn't even look at my bill. I even offered that I will pay for the helmet glass (as i removed the glass plastic) but they didnt even acknowledge that. They said i checked the helmet for 15-20mins before purchasing and wasted their time hence I am not eligible for any exchange😂 i will never go back to that store or suggest anyone to visit them. There are hell lot of stores to buy parts and helmets from. My family was a regular buyer but will never visit them again. Extremely bad behavior and staffs. They didnt even look at me and talked to me or listen to My issue

Very bad service. Checked different helmets and when I am not getting what I want be it fitting or design , I was leaving and then they told I have wasted their time, they are behaving rudely as if I have to buy if I am seeing it even if I didn't like the product. Worst service and also no negotiation in price. Check price online before buying.

I purchased a product for my bike from this shop. Then I asked if there's no need of this product can I exchange it then the seller said yes you can. After that when I went to the shop right after few minutes and told that I want to exchange he refused me and the product was sealed and I've not opened that. Behavior of the seller was very rude and poor do not purchase from this shop if there's no emergency.
