Today my visit was in mio Amore around 8:10 pm in your Tollygunge brunch to grab my fav pastry. There wasn't any customer except me. Surprisingly I have very bad experience from the counter staff special the lady staff. My fault was Only this that I call them with the sound of excuse meas they were very busy with their own conversation.The reply was very rude and nasty as the lady staff ordered me to wait until their conversation get over. Here I'm requesting mio Amore to keep a gentle staff who can give an importance to their customer rather than their conversation. Thanks & Regards Anukta Das

Very undisciplined, rude behaviour of the employees and the owner of this outlet. Mio amore please look into the issues of this outlet asap. They are defaming the name of the really deserving franchise. You should take care of CSAT not DSAT. I recommend not to visit this outlet

Absolutely disgusting staff behavior. Zero manners, zero professionalism, only attitude. I don’t know what gives them the confidence to behave this way with customers. This place needs better staff before it deserves any customers. Pls replace these arrogant staffs otherwise gonna loose customers

I visited the store and simply ask the item is available or not, one old aged employee was replying me very rudely.. I've visit many branches of mio amore, but never seen such rude behavior and also their stale food was weird! Haven't learned how to deal with customers well !

Extremely poor stuff behaviour, I bought 2 fish chop and 1 spring roll and paid them instantly before eating. After eating we left the store, one stuff (with glass on his eyes and curly haired ) literally chased us, and told us they didn’t receive the money….. then I showed him the transaction ID then he asked for extra money because he thought we ate something extra and didn’t pay at all…. And his body language was just like he had caught two thieves 😡😡
